1st Adelaide Cyclists meet-up

Come one and all to the 1st Adelaide Cyclists meet-up. All members and non members, kids and friends join us for our first get together since the community began in February.

I've decided to combine meeting everyone with checking out the Adelaide Bicycle Polo Club regular match. I'm sure it'll be fun to watch and they would appreciate the audience - we might even get a go!

Bring something to drink and eat and any ideas to share about building this site and promoting cycling in Adelaide.

Note: The venue has changed from the original invite. Now Tennis Courts behind Adelaide High School on West Tce (see map link)

I`d forgotten that was Amy`s ride day too...makes me a maybe now I think

Would love to come and meet everyone but doing the big Amy's ride and it doesn't start till 10 which cuts the weekend short a bit. That leaves me as a 'maybe', but leaning more towards a 'probably not this time'! Bike polo sounds and looks awesome - must get down and check it out another time :)

Yes... sorry about the clash with Amy's Ride. I was aware of it but had to go with the 1st and thought some fast riders might be able to attend!

I promise we'll do another ASAP. Any suggestions of dates, events, charities or venues are most welcome.

That's the same day as Amy's Ride!

I'm doing the 25 kilometre option on the day, as I'm riding with my family (little ones included) so I might be finished and back in Adelaide in time. We'll see.
